We will send out an appointment reminder text message to patients who provide us with their mobile phone number.
If a patient would like a phone call reminder, they can request it with our reception staff before hand.
We are currently Bulk Billing all our patients.
Doctors will contact patients with all urgent test results, for non-urgent test results reception will contact the patient and organize an appointment to further discuss them with the Doctor.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we are able to provide Telehealth consultations to existing patients with our Doctors . This will allow patients to access care without the risk of exposure to or spread of the coronavirus.
In the meantime, we will still continue to provide face to face consultation with Doctors where required, however request you book telehealth when possible.
If you have ANY of these symptoms: Fever, Cough, Sore Throat, Shortness of Breath, Runny Nose, Loss of Taste or Smell,
OR returned from overseas travel,
OR had close contact with someone diagnosed with or suspected of having coronavirus,
