Cancellation or 'no show' appointments
A non attendance fee of $50 (plus GST) may be charged where you do not notify us, within 2 hours of your appointment time, that you are unable to attend. We do understand that sometimes, the unforeseen may happen. As appointments for GPs are in high demand, this policy respects a doctor's time and allows for other patients to be helped.
Doctors will contact patients with all urgent test results, for non-urgent test results reception will contact the patient and organize an appointment to further discuss them with the Doctor.
We are able to provide Telehealth consultations to existing patients who have had an in person consult with our Doctors within the previous 12 months. This will only apply for quick consults requiring minor requests such as needing a script.
